Privacy for the AI demo

What we collect

• What you type in the form: your website address, name, email, and, if you add them, your phone number, business name and industry.
• Whether you ticked the box agreeing to hear from us, and the exact words next to it.
• The text of your public website pages that we read to build the demo.
• What you type in the demo chat, and a written transcript of any voice call.
• A one-way scrambled form of your network address (used only to limit how many demos one place can build), and your browser's name.

What we do with it

• Build and run your demo.
• Follow up about your demo. We email or text you about our services only if you ticked the box, or if you book a call.
• We do not sell your information.

Who processes it for us

• Anthropic (Claude) reads your website text and writes the chat replies.
• ElevenLabs runs the voice call: it hears your voice through your microphone and speaks the replies. Your audio goes to ElevenLabs for the call.
• Firecrawl opens some websites in a browser when a page builds itself with scripts.
• Supabase stores the demo; Cloudflare serves this page; GoHighLevel keeps your contact details for our follow-up.

How long we keep it

A demo link works for 30 days. Chat messages and call transcripts are deleted after 90 days, and the scrambled network address is cleared at the same time. Your contact details stay in our customer system until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can try the demo without agreeing to hear from us. To have your details removed, or to stop messages, reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call booked at book.realclientsource.com.

About the demo

The demo is a demonstration. The assistant answers only from what your public website says and may be incomplete. It does not book real appointments; requests made in the demo are not sent to your customers.
